Reference number : 1490573 Review Title : Various electromechanical works Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-06-07 Electronic submission accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to carry out various electromechanical and architectural work at Habitations Meunier-Tolhurst located at 9840-9870, 10000-10030, 10060-10090 rue Meunier and at 9840-10095 rue Tolhurst in the he borough of Ahuntsic-Cartierville. Without limitation, the project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. This mandate aims to install kitchen hoods and bathroom fans, replace electrical panels and wiring from the electrical rooms in four (4) buildings of the Meunier-Tolhurst real estate complex. The work will be carried out according to a general plan of buildings comprising 112 housing units. The work covered by this call for tenders will be carried out in four (4) occupied buildings of 2 and 3 floors housing family housing on Meunier and Tolhurst streets. All civic numbers are shown on the plan provided. This contract comes into force upon signature of the letter of commitment by the successful tenderer and the execution of the work shall not exceed 18 weeks. According to current planning, it is expected that this work will begin around August 2021, but this date could be changed. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify an extra request from the contractor.
