Bidders must submit, with their bid, a copy of their contractor's license and provide a valid certificate issued by Revenu Québec relating to their tax obligations . In addition, they must hold an authorization to contract issued by the Public Procurement Authority (AMP) and provide a copy with their submission. The tenders must be contained in sealed envelopes clearly identified with the name of the tenderer and must bear the mention: " Multifunctional Center Submission of the Municipality of the Township of Shefford".
