The work for which bids are requested includes the following major work items: Concrete curb and gutter repair, concrete sidewalk repair, new concrete sidewalk installation, and lawn restoration. This contract shall consist of the repairing, replacing or new installation of any sidewalk, driveways, alleyways, curb, curb and gutter, or street utility patches. The work shall be completed at various locations throughout the City based on requests from homeowners or as ordered by the City for public safety. Upon award of the contract, the Contractor will receive an initial list of repairs from the City, which comprises approximately 90 percent of the contract. The remaining work will vary as complaints are compiled, acted upon, and given to the Contractor.
