Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility.

Project No: 657-21-700JC The St. Louis (John Cochran) VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision to construct twenty-four (24) Telecommunication rooms at Building 1. Infrastructure improvements include but not limited to: Electrical - (electrical panel upgrade, power (normal, emergency), Bonding, UPS, Building Management System interfaces, assess for new and upgrades to existing HVAC, reconfiguration, expansion and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes), construction of a new telecommunication tower located on the exterior of the building, communication infrastructure (new Data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to Cat 6A cable), physical security upgrades, assess and upgrade fiber infrastructure backbone campus wide within building 1, and hazardous material abatement as required. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran - Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary that will result in the completion of the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades construction project, in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings. The project is located at the: St. Louis (John Cochran) VA Medical Center 915 N Grand Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63106 VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 IMPORTANT: Due to concerns surrounding the disruption of patient care, there is a pre-registration requirement concerning the organized Site Visit, which is date and time SENSITIVE (see ATTACHMENT 12 - Site Visit Registration). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions shall be submitted only via e-mail to: thomas.council@va.gov.
