**As of September 27, 2022, reject all bids. No definite date for the rebid.** The project consists of a General, Electrical and HVAC contracts. To make improvements to the ALCOSAN 0-7 Access Shaft to replace the HVAC equipment, replace the electrical conduit and fixtures, replace the roof, address corrosion with the shaft using concrete rehabilitation, and install internal tie offs and address other safety concerns. ALCOSAN encourages businesses owned and operated by minorities and women to submit bids on Authority Contracts or to participate as subcontractors or suppliers to successful Bidders. Successful Bidders are to use minority and women's businesses to the fullest extent possible. Bid Security shall be furnished by providing with the Bid a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Price. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond equal to the Bid Price. Contract documents must be purchased directly from ALCOSAN to qualify as an eligible bidder.
