Renovation of a water / sewer project in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
To be eligible to bid, the prospective offeror must be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors. The Hawaii product preference pursuant to 103D-1002 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes and Section 3-124 of the Hawaii Administrative Rules may be applicable to this solicitation. Persons wishing to certify and qualify a product for this solicitation that is not currently listed as a Hawaii Product shall submit a Certification for Hawaii Product Preference (form SPO-38) to: Division of Purchasing City and County of Honolulu 530 S. King Street, Room 115 Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 Attention: Purchasing Administrator Persons wishing to certify and qualify a product for future solicitations that is not currently listed as a Hawaii Product shall submit Form SPO-38 to the SPO at: State Procurement Office Hawaii Products Preference P.O. Box 119 Honolulu, Hawaii 96810 For each product being requested, one form shall be completed and submitted (i.e. 3 products should have 3 separate forms completed). The form is available on the State Procurement Office (SPO) The deadline for submitting a completed SPO-38 is the date for substitution requests in the Solicitation Time Schedule in the Special Notice to Offerors. Late submittals for the solicitation will not be reviewed by the City.
