Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Hollandale, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

As of 05/10/2021 Start date: 2 to 3 weeks from now End date: November 2021 As of 04/16/2021 The total construction cost for Contracts 1, 2 and 3 is $500,000. Contract #1 - Underground Utilities, Street Excavation, Gravel and Lift Station - Work shall include furnishing and installation of the following items: 600 feet of street excavation, 875 feet of 15" through 24x38 HE RCP storm sewer, storm sewer structures, 1340 feet of 6" force main, manhole adjustments, 1400 tons of granular road base for streets, Lift Station and miscellaneous other items. Final completion is September 24, 2021 for Street and Force Main work and November 26, 2021 for the Lift Station work. The Village of Hollandale is the primary funding source. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids may be funded in part by a grant from Community Development Block Grant Program. A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a licensed surety company or a certified check payable to the Village of Hollandale in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid, shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidders will execute and file the proper contract and bonds within ten days after the award of the contract. The letting of the work described herein is subjected to the provisions of Section 66.0901 and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The minimum wage rates to be paid for the project shall be in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Federal Wage Determinations (Davis Bacon) do apply to this project. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract, Section3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. INSURANCE: Contractor shall carry Public Liability Insurance and Workmen's Compensation Insurance that is satisfactory to the Owner. The successful bidders for Contracts #1, #2 and #3 will be required to furnish a corporate performance bond and payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Please note that the Village will consider awarding bids at their May 04, 2021 Village Board meeting.
