Site work and new construction of a civil project in Holly Springs, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,200-square-foot water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work is as follows: The major items of work include the installation of one Lift Station (250 gpm) and approximately 2,200 feet of sewer force main to serve The Springs Industrial Park located on Eddie Lee Smith Drive. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or natural origin. This project is financed by an Appalachian Regional Commission Grant and is subject to the rules and regulations thereof. Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material and/or supply needs.
