Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pomona, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The contractor will purchase the district specified wheelchair lifts as per the drawings and provide the necessary modifications to the individual school sites for the rough in openings. The four school sites are as follows Alcott, Barfield, Madison, and Mendoza. The contractor must use the state certified installer for that product. Once installed and inspected the installer will handle the certification from the manufacturer and valid the 5-year warranty. The contractor will verify the openings with the installer prior to the installation of the lift Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required License Type Required: B Project Duration: 75 Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: $500.00 Per Calendar Day
