Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 22 the project did not received bids. The owner selected prequalified contractor to complete. Bidding Contractors are required to be pre-qualified with the Chicago Public Schools for this project. The form of agreement for the work will be the General Contracting Services Agreement. This contract is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the General Contracting Services Agreement between the Board and General Contractor dated as of January 1, 2017.
