The City of Bethlehem encourages women and minority businesses to bid on City jobs. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/21/2021 12:00 PM After issuance ofthe Notice ofAward, such contract must be completed within 90 calendar days from the date ofthe Notice to Proceed. The work required under this item shall include the design and preparation of drawings, including obtaining all required permits, for the construction of ADA accessible curb ramps as required providing pedestrian access. All labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the execution of the work shall be provided for by the Contractor at no additional cost to the City. The Contractor shall furnish all materials on the plant list and shall plant, prune, install bio-barriers, mulch and maintain every tree. Contractor shall attend a preconstruction meeting to be held at a mutually agreeable date.
