Electrical Contract scope estimate $75,000. - $150,000 ALL BIDDERS MUST REGISTER WITH, AND OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE BID DOCUMENTS DIRECTLY THROUGH W2A For renovations at the existing Lehigh Valley Dual Language Charter School at 675 E. Broad Street Bethlehem PA 18018. Prime bids were received for General and Mechanical / Plumbing Construction Work. The Work includes renovations to an existing 5,800 SF warehouse area for use as a new instructional and learning area, and minor renovation to the existing Nurse's Suite. Work includes new interior and exterior lighting and power, plus power for new HVAC units. Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Labor and Materialman's Bonds are required. This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of PA Prevailing Wage Act. Lehigh Valley Dual Language Charter School reserves the right to waive any informality in, and to reject any or all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
