The City of Denton, Texas (the "City") is pleased to be accepting qualifications for a Design-Build Firm ("Design-Builder") to provide, without limitation, design, engineering, material, labor, equipment, supervision, and other services ("the Work") for one or more phases of its Development Services Building Renovation project. The City will be using a two-step selection process in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter G, to select a single entity to provide both design and construction services for the construction, rehabilitation, alteration, or repair of a facility, using a Design-Build contract.
