INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed Bids addressed to Tradition MUD No. 2B of Denton County, Board of Directors, will be received at the office of the Engineer for the District, Peloton Land Solutions, Inc. ("Peloton"), 11000 Frisco Street, Suite 400, Frisco Texas 75033, until 2:30 p.m. Local Time, Wednesday, May 4, 2022, and then publicly opened and read for "Tradition MUD No. 2B of Denton County, Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drain Facilities to serve Tradition, Central Phase 3A.2, Denton County, Texas". Project scope includes approximately 4,258 linear feet of 8-12" PVC Water Pipe, 4,296 linear feet of 8-10" PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe, and 1,040 linear feet of 21"-30" storm drain pipe. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Local Time.
