Per the owner, as of February 15, 2022, an award has been made for this solicitation. Owner states that the tentative schedule is for construction to begin in the summer of 2023. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) invites proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to provide engineering design services for sewerage system improvements at Anthony Chabot Regional Park in Castro Valley, California (Park). The Scope of Services is not definitive and is intended only as a guide to illustrate the minimum project requirements. All prospective consultants are encouraged to present additional alternative scope to produce a more efficient approach to complete the Project Questions must be submitted by email to: Shun Yu, Civil Engineer, syu@ebparks.org before 10:00 am Tuesday, April 27, 2021. At the District's discretion, answers to the questions will be incorporated into an Addenda. The District reserves the right to increase, decrease, or otherwise modify this preliminary scope of work based on changed circumstances, the selection process, and contract negotiations with the applicant selected for negotiations, and to do so with or without issuing a revised proposal solicitation.
