The Administrative Office of State Courts (the "AOSC") reserves the right to award a contract pursuant to this RFP on the basis of cost alone, to accept or reject any or all bids, and to act in its best interest including, but not limited to, directly negotiating with any vendor who submits a proposal in response to this RFP and to award a contract based upon the results of those ne-gotiations alone. Proposals found to be technically or substantially nonresponsive at any point in the evaluation process will be rejected and not considered further. The AOSC may, at its sole option, elect to require presentations(s) by bidders in consideration for an award. The Contractor must comply with allapplicable licensing and permitting requirementsfor thistype ofservice. A copy of all required local, state and/or federal (if applicable) license(s) or permit(s) must be submitted with the RFP response. Submission of a bid is acknowledgementthat any and all work performed in relation to this bid will be performed by personnel holding the required valid local,state and/or federal license(s) and/or permit(s). All work must be done after 8:00 AM on weekends or after 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The groundsto be serviced at each location include the entire perimeter of the building including any walkways, sally ports, and adjacent sidewalks and all parking lots associated with the courthouses.
