The overall work consists of Construction Management and Design Assistance for a new 20,000 +/- square-foot Police Headquarters Building in Milford, Delaware, located on land currently owned by the City of Milford, Delaware. Becker Morgan Group Inc. has been selected as the Architectural/Engineering Consultant and is currently under contract to design this project. The initial space study has concluded, and the space layout finalized.
