NOTICE BIDS WANTED The Town of Dewey, Portage County is requesting sealed bids for the following: 1) Chip Sealing of existing hard surfaced covered town roads Anyone interested in a copy of the bid specifications, wishing to view the project areas or with questions should contact Town Chairperson, Maurice King at 715- 341-3159 or by email at chairtownofdewey@gmail.com. Sealed bids are to be in the office of the Town Clerk, Angela Lochinger, 430 Dewey Drive, Stevens Point, WI 54482 prior to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. Bids will be opened at the Town Board Meeting that night. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening. The Town Board of the Town of Dewey reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid(s) or combination of bids deemed most advantageous to the Town of Dewey.
