Notice Text ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Village of Tijeras 12 Camino Municipal Tijeras, New Mexico 87059 PROJECT NAME: Well No. 3 Phase 2 Facility Improvements Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of equip existing well with submersible pump and motor and pitless adapter; install pre-fabricated well house including slab on grade foundation; install process piping and controls; install packaged disinfection system; construct yard piping and install control valve vaults to connect well to distribution system; extend electrical service and install electrical power and controls; diesel engine generator; connect well to existing SCADA system; site improvements including grading, drainage, base course driveway and fencing; install 11 household pressure reducing valves and replace meter cans; and modifications to PRV 201 will be received by the Village of Tijeras at Village Hall, 12 Camino Municipal, Tijeras, New Mexico 87059 until 2:00 p.m. (local time) May 6, 2021 , and then publicly opened and read aloud at Village Council Chambers . Due to the Governor's current COVID-19 restrictions, only one member from each Contractor team will be allowed to attend the Bid Opening in person. New Mexico Department of Health COVID Safe Practices will be in effect at all times during the Bid Opening. Pre-Bid Conference. A non- mandatory Pre-Bid Conference meeting will be held on April 20, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. (local time) at the Village Hall, 12 Camino Municipal, Tijeras, New Mexico 87059. A tour of the project site will follow after the meeting.
