SCOPE OF WORK: The work generally consists of surface preparation, coordination to relocate membrane cassettes, recoating 12 membrane basins at the City of North Las Vegas Water Reclamation Facility, and all other appurtenances as required. The Project shall be completed within 470 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $3,500,000 to $4,000,000. The work is to be under a single General Contract with a Contractor who holds the appropriate local and state licenses to complete the work and has been in continual business performing coating and lining applications for a minimum period of 5-years and has applied a minimum 120,000 SQFT of 100% solids multi-component protective lining. Proof of application SQFT shall be submitted at time of Bid. The project consists of the removal and disposal of existing, failed coatings, preparation of interior concrete walls and floors of the tanks per SSPC-SP13, applying approved 100% solids multi-component protective lining (coating to match existing limits), notifying SUEZ to be able to move to next Phase. The project consists of four (4) phases.
