Renovation of an educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description of Work: Replace 5 pad mount switches with new switches. Estimated Cost Range: $390,000 - $490,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Special Licenses/Qualifications: Contractor is required to provide proof of medium voltage terminations certifications for each worker performing 25kV terminations. Special Considerations: All work will be done on Saturdays starting at 6:00 AM. Contractor is responsible for all overtime wages. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation and Builders Risk Insurance will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information.
