The scope of work consists of installing new underground utilities (sanitary sewer, domestic water and a gas line) that will service a portable culinary kitchen. The scope is to include reconnecting the existing plumbing infrastructure to the new point of connections. Scope also includes all new plumbing connections within the portable, including a new 'Big Dipper' grease collection system, 'Ansul' fire suppression system, gas powered water heater and fire alarm and smoke system. Remaining interior portable work will be by others CCSD Portable Contractor and not a part of this bid. Interior work (not part of this bid, by others) consists of connection of new electrical utilities, new food service equipment and connections, alterations to existing partition wall, door, ceiling, lighting and HVAC, interior finishes. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of AB, B.
