Site work and new construction of a civil project in Bloomingdale, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of installation of approximately 13,000 LF of 16" Water Main, including 3000 LF of horizontal directional drills, 13500 LF of 4" & 6" Sewer Force Main, including 850 LF of horizontal directional drills. construction of a 225 GPM Sanitary Sewer Lift Station, a 700 GPM Water Booster Pump Station, and a chemical injection system. SEDA reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all bids, to evaluate bids, to accept portions of any bids and to accept any bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the City of Bloomingdale or SEDA and reserves the right to add to or delete from the contract after the contract has been awarded. Insurance certificates, meeting those limits as stated in the bid documents, 5% bid bond in the form of a bond submitted by a surety authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia, or certified or cashier's check and a non-collusion affidavit must be completed and submitted with the bid.
