**As of December 29 ,2023 project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** Construction of a complete new gym facility at the existing Taylor Park Recreation Center. Project includes site preparation, site improvements and a new building with a pre-engineered steel structure and shallow foundations. Building area is approx. 14,215 s.f. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of 35 days after the date of the Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject Bids. 04-03-23-4
