The University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the redevelopment of a tract of property as an integrated mixed-use development. The property is located on the University of Nebraska City Campus in Lincoln, NE at 2100 Vine Street. The property ("the Site") is comprised of approximately 16.49 acres located on the block bounded by Vine Street to the south and 22nd Street to the east and the Antelope Creek to the west. The parcel number is 10-24-132-001-000. The property is owned by the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska. The selected developer will be responsible for designing and constructing a mixed-use development pursuant to a mutually acceptable ground lease to be negotiated between Developer and the University of Nebraska.
