Renovation of a municipal facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
To provide labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to blast and recoat exterior, piping & structural supports for mineral oil storage tanks per LES specifications. Successful bidder will be required to complete 1) the LES Simple Service Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. 1. SCOPE: Blast and recoat of tank exterior, piping and structural supports for two mineral oil storage tanks. 2. TANK INFORMATION: A. 2 - 10,000-gallon horizontal tanks (28 ft. length by 8 ft. diameter) B. Approximately 570 linear feet of 1-1/2" piping. 3. SITE ADDRESS: 2620 Fairfield Street, Lincoln, NE, 6852
