Construction Range: $100,000 - $500,000. The University of Alaska is seeking bids for the Patty Center Athletics Space Renovations project. The Work consists of modifying locker room spaces in the Patty Center. Tasks will include demolition, new architectural finishes, plus mechanical, plumbing and electrical modifications. Bidders are advised that the University of Alaska has a procedure for accepting alternate products or systems prior to bid opening. Acceptance of substitutions after award is limited. See Instructions to Bidders and the General Conditions. Funding for this project is available. Bidders must register electronically to be notified of addenda. The bidder is responsible for periodically checking the site for addenda or additional information for the project. Bid security is required to be submitted with each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
