The Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife, John Day Watershed Wildlife Habitat Program, is seeking a contractor (hereafter "Contractor" or "Provider") to provide a fixed wing aircraft equipped for fertilizer application, and an experienced pilot for aerial application. To conduct fertilizer application on approximately 1,000 acres of rangeland at Bridge Creek Wildlife Area (BCWA) from April 2021 thru May 2021. Oregon Revised Statutes ("ORS") 279B.070 and Oregon Administrative Rule 125-247-0270. This RFP is open to all independent contractors who submit a written response ("Proposal") which complies with the Mandatory Proposal Contents described in Section 10.2, hereinafter the "Proposer(s)".
