As of January 11, 2022, this project has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is seeking comprehensive proposals to complete improvements to two of their high school Stadiums, Corona del Sol and McClintock. The work includes the complete removal existing natural grass playing surface and the installation of a new synthetic turf along with improvements to associated infrastructure, adjustments and changes to the track and field features and localized synthetic track surfacing. At a minimum this project will include grading, drainage, paving, electrical, irrigation, structural (footings), synthetic turf and synthetic track surfacing. The two (2) high schools will be procured as a single project and work is planned to commence in mid-May and be completed by the middle of September at both school sites. The preliminary construction documents are included in this final solicitation construction documents will be provided no sooner than April 23rd.
