Renovation of a medical facility in Trail, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project consists of removing the existing medical air and vacuum system equipment, including existing vacuum receiver tank and two pumps and existing air compressor tank and two pumps, and replacing with a new medical air and medical vacuum system package in a different location. In addition, the scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Complete the equipment installation any system change over to reduce the shutdown times. Install new packaged equipment in basement. Install new vacuum vent and air compressor intake pipes out to exterior. Route new medical air and vacuum mains through a crawl space to existing in riser shaft to connect to existing risers. Connect new medical air equipment to delayed vital power and new medical vacuum equipment to vital power. Integrate new equipment controls to existing base building DDC.
