This tender includes the detailed supply of Aggregate for improving campsites, roadways and associated infrastructure at Beaver Creek Provincial Park. The successful proponent will be responsible to provide the supply the delivered aggregate type and quantity identified within this Invitation to Tender. There will also be a requirement for onsite trucking and offsite concrete and organic material disposal. The Successful Proponent will be responsible for delivering services and goods within the time frame identified within this ITT. The delivery may be made with a truck and tandem trailer/ truck and transfer, or with just a tandem axle truck. A drawing set identifying the area of work is included with this ITT to identify turn radius's for deliveries. A portion of the material will be placed on existing campsites so a trailer may need to be separated from the tandem axle truck. The tender offer form will include a unit rate for delivered materials. Billing will be adjusted to actual material delivered. A delivery slip will be provided for each load delivered to site.
