This Contract provides for all planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, progress reporting, labor, supervision, materials, tools, apparatus, and equipment, as necessary to perform the Keystone Diversion Dam South River Gate Rehabilitation. It is the Bidder's responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting Immediately following two sharp 90-degree bends in Keystone-Roscoe Rd, you will come upon the NPPD North Supply Canal. Turn left onto the north road of the canal and travel west approximately 2 miles to the project site. The purpose of the site visit is to allow prospective Bidders a chance to walkdown the worksite. It is imperative that all prospective Bidders attend this worksite walkdown. Those attending the pre-bid meeting are required to bring and wear a mask. It is the Bidder's responsibility, while at the site visit to ask any questions necessary concerning the site.
