The City of Gainesville, Georgia (Hereafter also referred to as "The City") seeks Proposals to provide Water Meter Testing Service for its (Dept of Water Resources Department). The City desires to purchase labor for 110 Water Meter Testing Services, per year, for a 3 year period.
