Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Florissant, Missouri. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of April 25, 2024, per owner, an engineer has been selected for the project. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, the project is not expected to go out to bid until late 2024-early 2025. This timeline is subject to change. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: St. Louis County Department of Transportation (SLCDOT) is requesting the services of a highly qualified consulting engineering firm to perform professional services for the following project under an engineering services contract: Old Jamestown Road Sidewalk - Phase 3 Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS), in accordance with RSMo. 8.285 through 8.291, will be used to determine the successful respondent. Note, St. Louis County Revised Ordinances 107.071 SLCRO, 107.400 SLCRO and 107.401 SLCRO are not applicable to the selection process for this contract. This project will provide additional sidewalk along Old Jamestown Road beginning at the south side of Jamestown Elementary School and extending south to the north side of Cedarcrest Creek Drive at the entrance to Hazelwood Central Middle School. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 16% has been established for this project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
