Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,720-square-foot library.
The scope of the project consists of approximately 3,720 sqft of renovations and interior alterations to the existing Archives Library Building. The construction occurs in 1 area of the building: 3rd Floor Secretary's area. Eleven or twelve offices, file and break rooms are being totally removed and rebuilt. Division 02 Selective Demo / Division 06 Wood and Plastics / Division 08 Doors and Windows / Division 09 Finishes / Division 10 Specialties / Division 12 Furnishings / Division 21 Fire Protection / Division 22 Plumbing / Division 23 Mechanical / Division 26 Electrical A performance bond and a payment bond will be required for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Addendum #1 has been issued.
