Project Locations: 8402, 8406, 8410 PRIDE WAY RALEIGH, NC 27613 Work consists of the following: The removal/replacement of AHU replacement throughout the campus. The removal/replacement of exhaust fans throughout the campus. The modification of piping throughout the campus. The modification of HVAC controls throughout the campus. The modernization of the elevators in the Middle School and the High School. Electrical support work throughout the campus. Exterior Wall Caulking throughout the campus. Notice of Intent to Award (start shop drawings): September 9, 2021 Return of Owner Contractor Agreement by Contractor: September 23, 2021 Approval of Contract at WCPSS School Board Mtg: October 19, 2021 Substantial Completion: March 31, 2023 All design related questions should be directed to Dewberry Engineers, Inc. - Johnny Wood - jwood@dewberry.com - (919) 215-2010. Bid bond is required. Performance and payment bonds are required. Permitting will be submitted by Dewberry and permit fee will be paid by WCPSS. Project bid shall include a $300,000 owner contingency
