SUBJECT OF THE CALL FOR TENDERS : The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of a contractor for masonry repair work and replacement of floor finishes at Sinclair Laird school located at 8380, Avenue Wiseman, Montreal H3N 2P6. RESTRICTION: Contractors wishing to bid must not be on the RBQ's list with a restricted license preventing them from carrying out work of a public nature. RESPONSIBILITY: The bidding contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bids.
