Chemicals that are required for maintenance will be provided by the City. Some examples of major repairs that may be required under the contract include: Repair of sand filter integrity leaks; Replacement of sand filter valves; Sand filter sides; Add or replace sand in filters; Repair or replacement of filtration pumps; Repair or replacement of filtration turbines; Repair or replacement of surge tank fleets; Repair or replacement of automatic water level filling actuators; Some examples of minor repairs that may be required under the contract include: Replacement of nanometers in filters or pumps; Replacement of chlorine and acid lines; Preventive maintenance or repair of chlorine and acid pumps; Preventive maintenance or repair of chlorine and acid injectors; Preventive maintenance or repair of water level actuators (filling); Repair or replace porcelain tiles.
