Reference number: 20026919 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-11-08 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 12 Expected contract duration with options (in months): 60 By this tender, the City of Côte Saint-Luc seeks to award a contract for the maintenance services of its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, including opening at the beginning of the season, closing at the end of the season, Minor and major technical support and maintenance visits, bacteria testing and emergency repairs, all as detailed below. Chemicals that are required for maintenance will be provided by the City. Some examples of major repairs that may be required under the contract include: Repair of sand filter integrity leaks; Replacement of sand filter valves; Sand filter sides; Add or replace sand in filters; Repair or replacement of filtration pumps; Repair or replacement of filtration turbines; Repair or replacement of surge tank fleets; Repair or replacement of automatic water level filling actuators; Some examples of minor repairs that may be required under the contract include: Replacement of nanometers in filters or pumps; Replacement of chlorine and acid lines; Preventive maintenance or repair of chlorine and acid pumps; Preventive maintenance or repair of chlorine and acid injectors; Preventive maintenance or repair of water level actuators (filling); Repair or replace porcelain tiles.
