Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Expansion and redevelopment work on the Clinical Attitudes and Skills Learning Simulation Center (CAAHC) by annexing wing P-8 to the existing premises in wings M-8 and N-8 to be carried out at the Roger Gaudry Pavilion located on the owner's Mountain Campus. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in mid-summer 2025. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
