Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Repairs of the masonry on the facades of the P and S wings overlooking the main courtyard. The Université de Montreal wishes to take advantage of this work to replace the windows on these facades and also to review the air conditioning in this sector. In fact, only certain premises are air-conditioned. The electromechanical engineering firm will be tasked with designing an air-conditioning system for the non-air-conditioned premises and those with air-conditioning equipment on the windows. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is in a very advanced stage. Working drawings are expected to begin in late fall/winter 2025. Tender for the general contractor is preliminary slated for spring 2025.
