Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a parking garage.
Reference number: 20026285 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-11-11 The work covered by this contract includes, but is not limited to, the repair of structural defects, replacement of waterproofing, lighting, fire mains, water supply and rainwater drainage systems, and safety work (railings, markings and general painting), mainly on floors 3A, 3B and 4A, 4B. The work also includes the installation of an acoustic wall on levels 2, 3 and 4 to attenuate construction-related noise. Floors 2A and 2B will be closed to the public so that the Contractor can carry out work on the intrados of the slab on levels 3A and 3B. In addition, floors 2A and 2B can be used for the Contractor's mobilization before and during the work, as well as for storage purposes if required.
