The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Delta, State of Colorado is soliciting proposals for various asphalt & emulsion products for Delta County Roads. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as County) for various asphalt & emulsion products for Delta County Roads as follows: Product Approximate Amount CRS-2R 600 Tons - Chip Seal, Oil (price per ton) FOB Delta, Cedaredge & Hotchkiss PG58-28 840 Tons - Asphalt (price per ton) FOB Delta SS-1 4,000 Gallons Emulsion (price per gallon) FOB Plant AEP 2,000 Gallons Asphalt Emulsion Prime (price per gallon) FOB Plant Bids will be presented to the Delta County Board of County Commissioners for consideration at a regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meeting. Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information that may be attached. The County reserves the right to reject any bids; to change, add, or amend the specifications; to waive any informality; to accept the bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County.
