Site work and paving for a municipal facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Contracting work and services in connection with the construction of Tower Farms Subdivision Filing No. 1 Grading, Demolition, Erosion Control, Site Concrete, Asphalt, Utilities, Signage, Striping, Traffic Signalization and Traffic Control. Proposers should visit and familiarize themselves with the site prior to submitting their proposal. Any proposal received after this time will be rejected. Prevailing wage requirements apply. Proposals must be emailed to the District at rodney@contourservices.com as described in the bid documents. The District will accept proposal that represents best value to District. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities in any proposal. Performance & Payment bonds and proper insurance coverage will be required. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the Construction Manager.
