Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
A certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of ten (10%) of the total bid must be enclosed with the Bid Documents. Bid Bond of the lowest bidders will be held until the contract is awarded and the successful bidder supplies performance bond and signs contract. All other bid bonds will be returned within fifteen days after opening. The Westmoreland County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. The Commissioners also reserve the right to approve the sufficiency of any required surety. Notice is also hereby given that this project is regulated under Executive Order 11246, the aims of which are to promote and insure equal opportunity for all persons, without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, for employment or seeking of employment with government contractors.
