As per the Owner award will not be made until Board has approved it. Additional details will be available after 12/15/2021. Installation of OFCI Shade Structures at Crescent Elementary School, Orange Pre-k, Anaheim Hills Elementary School, and Taft Elementary School (Rebid of 2122-855C) Any Contractor bidding on any of the projects who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference or tardiness will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened. Prevailing wages are applicable to the Project. Separate payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total Contract amount issued by a California admitted surety as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120, are required, and shall be provided to the Owner prior to execution of the Contract and shall be in the form set forth in the Contract Documents.
