Pre-construction services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Additive alternates and multiple phasing may be considered, pending scope and budget availability. Anticipated scope of construction to be evaluated may include: 20,000-25,000 square feet of office, classroom, instructional labs, flexible equipment training bays, associated equipment rooms (such as compressor), and associated site work. Programming will be determined during the design/preconstruction phase with the selected design team and may be at least partially based upon funding availability.
