It includes ten office spaces, one conference room, open office area and storage. It is a one-story wood stud framing with wood trusses building of total 7,230 SF including the rear covered porch. A new Maintenance Facility for Liberty Township. This project includes one maintenance garage, one cold storage and one salt storage building. These three structures are intended to be grouped around a central paved and concrete apron area with site lighting. Site work includes 30'-0" wide continuous concrete aprons in front of all three buildings and new asphalt driveway connecting the existing road. It also includes new pavement and twenty-one new parking spaces. Prior to work, the existing fueling tank between the existing maintenance building and the temporary township offices will be demolished to build the new driveway. It provides a heated interior with associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
