As of 03/07/2022 This project has been awarded to Sheets Construction & Restoration, LLC with the amount below Base Bid: $133,406.93 Alternate 1 Bid: $9,796.00 $143,202.93 All bids must be accompanied by a completed Bid Form and completed Bid Guaranty Contract Bond Form as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder. Alternate 1 - $34,000.00 The Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the proper completion of the Exterior Masonry and Roof Repairs at Liberty High School (referred to as the Project), all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional. The work for which bids are solicited for the Project will be completed sixty days from the date of execution of the contract with the successful bidder, or as detailed in the schedule information included with the Contract Documents.
