Renovation of a municipal facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The scope of the work includes the demolition of two existing chillers and associated piping, valves, pumps, and controls, and replacement with three new preselected modular chillers (Carrier model 30MPW04053-44117). The scope also includes the removal of two existing air handling units (AHUs) and associated ducting, piping, valves, dampers, controls, etc. and the supply and installation of two new AHUs and associated appurtenances. The scope also includes the removal of the existing pneumatic control system including compressors, valves, tubing, actuators, control panels, etc. and the installation of a new DDC control system that ties into the existing Johnson Controls Building Automation System (BAS).
