The Corporation of the City of Kingston, Business, Real Estate & Environment Department (BREE) requests submissions to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from firms qualified to provide professional environmental consulting services. The work is specifically related to annual monitoring, sampling and reporting for two closed municipal landfills owned by the Corporation of the City of Kingston. The two facilities subject to this RFP are located within the municipal boundaries of The City of Kingston. At a minimum the work required will include: Visual inspection of closed landfill sites by qualified personnel. Collection of field data to support hydrogeological and geochemical assessments. Collection of groundwater and surface water samples and acquisition of chemistry through laboratory testing. Assessment of collected data to determine environmental performance of the closed landfill and to support an opinion of compliance with respect to relevant regulatory instruments. Compilation of results and conclusions within comprehensive and accurate written reports. Maintenance of records and data associated with the work. Question Deadline 02/16/2022 04:00:00 PM
